BULLS STARS ATTEND DEMENTIA AWARENESS SESSION

Bradford Bulls stars Zac Fulton and Jayden Okunbor, alongside members of Club and Foundation staff, took part in a Dementia Awareness Session last week, delivered by the Bradford Dementia Hub.

The session aimed to enhance understanding of dementia and equip attendees with knowledge to support those affected in the community.

The Bradford Dementia Hub, launched in partnership with the Bradford Bulls Foundation, Inspire North, and Khidmat Centres, is committed to raising awareness and providing essential resources to individuals and families living with dementia across the district.

Speaking about the session, Jayden Okunbor, who is sponsored by JL Osteopathy, said: "It was really eye-opening to attend the Dementia Awareness Session with the Bradford Dementia Hub. Learning more about the impact of dementia and how we can support those affected in our community was incredibly valuable. As players, we have a platform, and if we can help raise awareness and make a difference, that’s something really important to me."

The Bradford Bulls, through their Foundation, remain dedicated to using their platform to promote positive social change. By working alongside the Bradford Dementia Hub, the club continues to support initiatives that offer crucial education and assistance to those impacted by dementia.
