OVERGATE HOSPICE BUCKET COLLECTION

A bucket collection will take place this Sunday afternoon at Bartercard Odsal Stadium as Bradford Bulls face Castleford Tigers, with all proceeds going to Overgate Hospice.

The fundraising initiative is in support of Bradford Bulls fan Kylie Lang, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and has since been receiving care from Overgate Hospice. A team of dedicated volunteers will be stationed around the concourse, collecting donations to aid the hospice’s vital work in providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses. 

Kylie Lang has been an inspirational figure within the community, undertaking a number of incredible fundraising ventures since her diagnosis. Her relentless dedication to charitable efforts has not gone unnoticed, as she has been nominated for three prestigious Yorkshire Choice Awards, including the esteemed Rob Burrow Outstanding Courage Award.

Fans attending Sunday’s game are encouraged to give generously and support both Kylie’s fundraising mission and Overgate Hospice’s invaluable services.
