BULLS TIE WITH TOULOUSE IN THRILLER

Our unbeaten run has stretched to 5 games following a heroic effort in the south of France, drawing 12-12 with Toulouse Olympique.

Eamon O’Carroll named debutant Logan Bayliss in his starting line up alongside Eribe Doro, following the completion of his three-match suspension – with Jayden Okunbor also starting following his return to the club on loan.

The Bulls found themselves a man down early on with Jorge Taufua sent to the sin bin, but having soaked initial Toulouse pressure, the home side eventually broke through via Reubenn Rennie.

Bradford worked their way back into proceedings however and had plenty of possession in the hosts’ half for the remainder of the opening forty.

Pressure eventually told when Tyran Ott, fresh off signing a new one-year deal, grubbered through for Zac Fulton to score.

Soon after, a try straight from the training ground. Lilley kicked from the base of a scrum and Lehmann chased to ground his second try in as many games.

In the second half, the Bulls saw themselves down to 12 men again when Eribe Doro was sent to the sin bin.

Toulouse capitalised with Paul Ulberg crossing in the left corner as the Bulls began to lose a number of players to injury.

Despite being busted, the Bulls defended heroically and managed to withstand Toulouse pressure in the final stages to take a point home.
