BULLS 1863 LOTTERY RAISES OVER £20K

The Bulls continue to work quietly behind the scenes with our friends and partners at NYCDA, to raise funds for our youth development programmes.
The Bulls continue to work quietly behind the scenes with our friends and partners at NYCDA, to raise funds for our youth development programmes. Under the partnership name ‘Bulls 1863’, the two organizations work to raise funds for the club’s Academy and associated activities.
For as little as £1 per week, Bulls supporters can win £1,000s each week, with all proceeds going to support Youth Player Development, as we bring local rugby league talent through to become the stars of the future.
Recently, we were delighted to acknowledge a highly successful last 12 months, that has not only seen us reposition our offer, but also to generate more than £20,000. At half time of the Wakefield match last month, Freddie Hunkin (Scholarship – left) and Jamie Gill (Academy – right) were on hand to pose with the giant cheque to celebrate this fantastic achievement.
We have a longstanding and proud record of developing local home-grown rugby league talent to play for our first team and go on to earn international honours. Our Junior pathways offer local talent the chance to progress in the sport of rugby league having been identified at one of our fantastic local community clubs. The Bulls look to provide an environment for aspiring rugby league players, talented athletes and those interested in a career in sport, aged 16-19, to progress. The aim is to find the next group of talent first team players to follow in the footsteps of super stars such as John Bateman and Elliot Whitehead.
