BULLWINSON PENS NEW DEAL

Bradford Bulls are delighted to announce Jordan Baldwinson has signed a new one-year deal with the club!
The 28-year-old has made 38 appearances since returning to the club at the start of the 2022 season, scoring three tries.
Baldwinson was a mainstay in the side as the Bulls ramped up their play-off charge before seeing his season cut short due to a knee injury sustained against Toulouse in June.
Now the towering forward is keen to repay the faith shown in him by returning ‘bigger and better’ in 2024.
“It was the easiest decision I have ever made to decide to stay at Bradford for another year, I have found my home and I love everything about the place,” said Baldwinson, who is sponsored by Vicki and Graeme Sharp.
“The way the club have looked after me and put their arm around me in what has been one of the toughest periods of my life has been beyond any words I can use to describe.
“Both me and my family are hugely grateful and humbled that Bradford have shown so much loyalty and faith in me and how they have handled the situation, now I am itching to repay them by coming back bigger and better.
“To everyone at the club, the players, coaching staff, volunteers, Grace [Lennox], Jason [Hirst] and of course the fans, thank you for all your support, rest assured I’ll be working hard to be back as soon as I can!”
Interim Head Coach Lee Greenwood said:
“Baldy [Jordan Baldwinson] has been one of our most consistent performers prior to getting injured so the new contract is fully deserved for him.
“From knowing him since I joined the club, I believe he will come back better and stronger next year and continue to be an integral part of the squad.”
Eamon O’Carroll said:
“With Jordan currently recovering from knee surgery we felt it was important to secure his future for a further 12 months to allow him to focus on rehab and recovery.
“Jordan is highly thought of at the Bulls not just for his playing ability but also for his character.
“We look forward to working with Jordan throughout this period, whilst providing him with the support he needs to help him return to his best form in 2024.
