BULLS TO FACE COUGARS AT BASH

There will be a new venue and a new opponent for Mark Dunning's Bradford Bulls at the Summer Bash in 2023 - with York's LNER Community Stadium hosting our clash with Keighley Cougars!

The city plays host to the Championship's Summer Bash for the first time in 2023 - with Blackpool's Bloomfield Road unavailable for the second year running.

Rhys Lovegrove's Keighley Cougars lie in wait, following their promotion to the sport's second tier and the clash will represent the second of three blockbuster meetings between the two sides next term. 

Kick off times for the Sunday 28th May fixture are yet to be confirmed. Bradford Bulls Season Ticket holders can purchase HALF PRICE tickets when booking directly through the club - Day tickets from £10 for Adults and £5 U16s and Weekend tickets from £17.50 for Adults and £8.75 for U16s.

Mark Foster, the RFL’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “The LNER Community Stadium and the city of York are exciting new venues for the Betfred Championship Summer Bash in 2023.

“York has been a key venue through the Rugby League World Cup, including staging a superb event for the Women’s Semi Finals with a record rugby crowd of more than 7,000, and as a popular base for a number of teams.

“There will be a fresh feel to the Bash in 2023, with the return of Toulouse Olympique, Swinton Lions and Keighley Cougars whose derby match against Bradford Bulls promises to be one of the highlights of the weekend. 

“We are also delighted to include a Betfred Women’s Super League fixture in the programme, reflecting York’s rapid progress in the competition in recent years, and also Warrington’s success in earning promotion to the top tier.”

In addition, a limited number of full priced tickets are available on General Sale at eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague, with Day tickets from £20 Adults and £10 U16s and Weekend tickets from £35 Adults and £17.50 U16s.
