PLAN B PROTOCOLS FOR RHINOS CLASH

The club can today further clarify the 'Plan B' protocols that will be in place this weekend...

For entry into the stadium each spectator (who is 18 or over) must show on entry into the stadium using one of the below :

NHS COVID Pass or Vaccination Card (and be fully vaccinated for over two weeks) OR Negative COVID test result in the previous 48 hours (via email/text from NHS) – register result via https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result OR Approved medical exemption

Remember that you must not attend a match if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or if you are at risk of passing on COVID-19. The UK Government’s current stay at home guidance is available here, Stay at home: guidance for households with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

If you are unable to present a valid NHS COVID Pass or proof of a negative COVID-19 test when asked to do so, entry to the stadium will be declined in line with legal requirements, unless you are exempt.

FAQS

How do I download my NHS COVID Pass?

Information about how to download your NHS COVID Pass can be found here (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass ). Alternatively, you can use your vaccination or request a printed COVID Pass letter from the NHS by telephoning 119 or by visiting the NHS website herehttps://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/get-your-covid-pass-letter/

We recommend you use the NHS App option to add your COVID Pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet or download a PDF copy. This will help to avoid delays if you have mobile data connectivity issues on matchday.

If I have not been vaccinated, can I still attend a match?

Yes. If you have not been vaccinated or do not have a valid NHS COVID Pass, you can also take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours of matchday, register it with the NHS (https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result)  and present proof of your negative result (SMS or email). You can find more information about where you can get a Lateral Flow Test here  Find where to get rapid lateral flow tests - NHS (test-and-trace.nhs.uk). Tests can also be ordered for free here (subject to availability).

If I am medically exempt, what should I do?

You can apply for medical exemption here COVID-19 medical exemptions: proving you are unable to get vaccinated - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) or by telephoning 119.

In the event that your medical exemption has not been processed in advance of the match you are attending, please take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours of matchday, register it with the NHS (https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result) and bring proof of your negative result with you (SMS or email).
