HEAD coach James Lowes has been handed a double injury boost heading into this weekend's game against Featherstone Rovers.
Dale Ferguson has overcome a hamstring injury while Dan Fleming has shaken off a knee injury, with the pair having this week returned to full training.
The duo each underwent surgery before Christmas and have since been undergoing rehabilitation treatment alongside head physio Dan Ramsden.
However, both Fleming - who is proudly sponsered for 2015 by Mal and Ange Rider - and Ferguson - who is proudly sponsored for 2015 in the memory of Helen Butterworth - have now fully recovered and are in contention to be selected for the first time in 2015.
Physio Ramsden said: “Dan and Dale are in great shape now, they have both been working really hard to prove their fitness and are desperate to get out on the field and perform.
“Their off seasons have been frustrated by injury but I am sure they will make up for it when they put on the shirt.
“Dale's hamstring injury progressed towards the end of last season but, as for Dan, he suffered the setback during the European Championships while on international duty for Wales.
“But the main thing is that these guys are now back training with the rest of the squad, fighting fit and, most importantly, fighting for a place in the line-up once again.”
The 19-man squad for Sunday's trip to The Big Fellas Stadium will be named tomorrow afternoon – and members of The 1863 Club will get an exclusive first glance!
Tickets for the tie, meanwhile, are still available and you can secure your place TODAY by calling 08448 711 490 (option 1).

LEE Gaskell has thrown down the gauntlet to his Bradford Bulls team-mates, calling on them to take their 'A-game' to the Big Fellas Stadium on Sunday when James Lowes' men battle Featherstone Rovers (kick-off 3.00pm).
The 24-year-old stand-off was in fine form last time out, bagging a stunning hat-trick during the Bulls' 34-4 triumph over Whitehaven to earn the man of the match award.
Gaskell is hoping to enjoy more of the same this coming weekend but realises he and his team-mates will need to be firing on all cylinders in order to see off the threat of the undefeated Rovers.
“Our attention is firmly fixed on Featherstone and what they might bring, we know it is going to be a tricky one for us,” said the former St Helens star, who is proudly sponsored by Hudson Foster Financial Services.
“They are more than capable of beating anyone in this division and we both want the same thing – two points.
“Everyone knows what the likes of Paul Wood, Garreth Carvell and Paul Sykes will bring but they have several hidden gems.
“We need to take our 'A-game' there and come away with nothing short of a victory, so we can build on what we achieved against Whitehaven.”
“I was pleased with the way we performed last weekend and getting a hat-trick was good.
“We started slowly, in tough conditions, but we made plenty of strides after half-time and we need to build from there.”
Tickets for Round Three Kingstone Press Championship tie are still available, priced at £18 (adults), £12 (concessions) and £5 (juniors).
You can secure your place NOW by calling 08448 711 490 (option 1) and ordering via our ticket hotline.
