JAY PITTS looks set to make a return to action tomorrow evening as Bradford Bulls go in search of a vital two points against Hull Kingston Rovers.

And the on-loan forward is eager to take out his frustrations on his parent club's arch rivals.

The 24-year-old, who joined the Bulls from Hull FC in April, was ruled out of last weekend's defeat to Salford through suspension.

But an “irritated” Pitts insists the Rovers will feel his full force from 8.00pm (kick-off).

“Missing last week was massively frustrating but I am raring to go and make amends,” said the former Leeds and Wakefield forward.

“You never like to miss any game but to miss a game as important as the last one made it even harder. It really irritated me.

“The most difficult thing to do in sport is watch, without being able to contribute. I am just so glad to be back in the frame.

Pitts, who is being proudly sponsored by George Timberley, Amelia and Jayden Cuffe, is keen to put his experience of games against the East Yorkshire outfit into practice – in what is another do-or-die clash for the Bulls, at the Provident Stadium.

The Ossett-born back-rower has appeared in numerous Hull derbies during his time with the Black and Whites and knows all too well the threat tomorrow’s visitors will pose.

“Hull derbies are very intense, the atmosphere around the city is always fantastic in the build-up and everyone is eager to make an impression” explained Pitts.

“Hull KR are a very good side, but so are we. We will have to right a lot of wrongs, though, if we want to get a result tomorrow.

“At this stage of the season it is about focusing on our own game and putting a performance in.

“We have the players and we have the skills. We just have to put things right and get our game together.

“At this stage of the season it is just about racking up as many wins as possible and seeing where that gets us.

“We cannot and will not worry about anyone else at this stage.”

Tickets for tomorrow's game are priced at £20 (adults), £15 (concession), £15 (students) and £10 (juniors) – (based on Bartercard Terrace and Bedz 'R' Us Terrace admission).
