BRADFORD BULLS' official supporters' trust, BullBuilder, has been given the full support of the club and its new board of directors.
BullBuilder officials met with managing director Steve Ferres last week and have since reported positive talks.
The trust is to now refocus its attentions on all things fundraising, while continuing to recruit new members onto the committee.
BullBuilder chairman Mike Farren said: “Ever since Marc Green and his team took over, we have been looking for an opportunity to introduce ourselves and to say who we are and what we do.
“We explained how BullBuilder has funded equipment, kit and organised events for young players, which take place outside of the club’s usual expenditure.
“We also gave details of how we helped the Academy team to fulfil its fixtures during the 2012 administration period, while operating the Hardship Fund for staff who had been made redundant.
“Mr Ferres was very supportive of our proposals to start a major push to recruit new members and raise funds.
“And we look forward to working closely with him and the club in the immediate future.”
Managing director Ferres added: “We very much appreciate the work which BullBuilder has done and is continuing to do.
“They make up an integral part of the club and I would urge people to join and get behind their cause.”
BullBuilder will soon be announcing details of its new calendar of events.
