Q: How much are the tickets?
A:
Tickets for all 2014 First:Utility Super League Season at The Provident Stadium are now available for the Bulls Ticket Office.

Terrace Price:
Adults £20/ Concessions & Students £15 / Juniors (12 – 16years) £10 / Under 12s Free with a full paying adult.

Provident Main Stand:
Adults £25/ Concessions & Students £20 / Juniors (12 – 16years) £15 / Under 12s Free with a full paying adult.

Q: How can I purchase a ticket?

A: There are 3 main methods to purchase a ticket.
You can purchase tickets online by CLICKING HERE.
You can call us on 08448 711 490 (option 1) during opening hours.
You can visit us at The Provident Stadium & pick up a ticket in person during opening hours.

Booking fees may apply on both online & telephone orders if postage is required however, if you collect your ticket these charges will be waived.

On gamedays, unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate online or telephone orders after 12pm (based on a Sunday 3pm kick off).

However, you will be able to gain entry either by visiting the ticket office or by paying on the turnstiles.

Please note that turnstiles are cash only and only allow entry onto the terraces.
You can however upgrade your ticket after entry to gain access to The Provident Stand (unreserved seat in Blocks A & G) for an small upgrade fee of £5 per person.

Q: What are the general opening hours?

A:  Our general opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and Saturdays, 10am – 2pm.

However, due to the ever nature of our business, these are variable (up to date information posted regularly on the News section of this site).


For a usual Sunday 3pm kick off, our Ticket Office & Team Shop open at 11am with gates open at 1pm.

Q: Can I park at The Provident Stadium?

A: On a non-gameday, parking outside the Team Shop is plentiful.
 
On a gameday, parking is available in Car Park B which has 150 places available each and every match day for just £5 per car.

Local alternative parking is also available – notably at The Richard Dunn Sports Centre opposite the ground also charging £5 per car.

Coach parking is also available at £10 per coach (subject to availability).


Q: Is the stadium accessible by public transport?
A: The Provident Stadium is well served by both bus & rail.
Both Bradford Interchange and Bradford Forster Square are within 3 miles of the stadium.

The nearest bus stop to the stadium is Rooley Avenue/Cleckheaton Road (Stop 45014556) which is directly outside the stadium.

Buses from Bradford Interchange run on a regular basis with the following routes serving the stadium;
Monday to Saturday Daytime services - 268, 363, 614, 622, 623, 626, 627, 645, 681, X6 and X63
Evenings and Sunday service -  268, 363, 614,625,627,645 and 682

For anyone travelling from Leeds or Halifax can get a direct bus to the Stadium via service 508.

 

Q: Is there anywhere I can park my push bike?

A: Unfortunately there is no parking for push bikes.
 

Q: What time do the gates open on match day?

A: The gates will be open 2 hours before kick off unless stated otherwise.

48 hours before each home game, a ‘Gameday Guide’ is published on the news section of the website detailing all of the specific information for that fixture.


Q: Is the stadium accessible for those with disabilities?

A: Bradford Bulls are committed to providing accessibility for all, regardless of age or ability.

Specific wheelchair-friendly options are available both within the Provident Stand and towards the rear of the Bartercard Terrace.

Q: Is the Provident Stadium all seated?

A: The Provident Stadium enjoys a mix of both the more modern, seated and undercover stands and the more traditional standing, open air terraces.

The Provident Stand and the Conference and Banqueting facility both provide seating. They are also roofed and provide shelter from the weather.

Q: Are hospitality packages available for home games?

A: Hospitality is available at each of the 2014 First:Utility Super League fixtures, with prices starting from just £29.95 – with further discounts available for 2014 BELONG Season Ticket Holders. For more information, check out the Hospitality page by clicking here.

 

Q: On gameday, can I bring alcohol into the stadium?

A: No, however a large variety of alcoholic drink options are available from bars around the ground.

 

Q: On gameday, can I bring food and drink into the stadium?

A: No, however a large variety of different food and drink may be purchased from the stadium catering service.

Q: What toilet facilities are in the stadium? Do they include facilities for disabled supporters?

a: Around each area of the ground, toilet facilities are available. Each area of the ground also has disabled toilet facilities. The toilets are mainly located on the upper concourse so those attending with small children are advised to use these facilities whilst locating their seat.

 

Q: Are there baby changing facilities at the stadium?

A: Baby changing facilities are located adjacent to the toilets.

 

Q: Is there an ATM machine at the stadium?

A: There isn’t an ATM machine at the stadium - The closest ATM to the stadium is at the Esso petrol station situated at the bottom of Rooley Lane next to the Staithgate roundabout.

 

Q: Can I pay on card at the stadium?

A: You may use your card for payments at the Ticket Office and Team Shop however we are unfortunately unable to accept card payments on the turnstiles or at the food & drink concessions stands and bars located around the ground.


Q: Can I smoke at the stadium? 

A: Smoking is permitted on the terraces and concourses however, in line with current legislation, smoking in the Provident Stand and Conference & Banqueting Facility is forbidden.

Bradford Bulls do request that, as a family friendly club, all supporters who do smoke are courteous to the wishes of other supporters stood in their vicinity.

 

Q: Can I bring pets into the stadium?

A: Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Guide dogs are accepted from this regulation.

 

Q: Can I use cameras and video equipment at the game?

A: No use of professional cameras or video recorders must be used. Only RFL accredited photographers and press have permission to take photographs and film our fixtures. Personal use is however permitted.

 

Q: Are there betting services at the stadium?

A:  Unfortunately there are no betting services currently at the stadium.

 

Q: Is there a bag searching policy at the stadium?

A: Bradford Bulls (and any subcontracted staff) reserve the right to search any bags upon entry to the ground. Any prohibited items found during these searches will be removed before you are permitted to enter.

 

Q: Other than food & drink, is there anything else that I should not bring to the stadium?

A: Prohibited objects include:
Alcohol,
Cans,
Glass bottles (including perfumes),
Drugs,
Pyrotechnics.

Q: Are there ejection policies?

A: If a person is breaching the code of conduct at any time, we have the authority to ask that individual to leave the ground. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground.

 

Q: How do I report an incident in gameday?

A: To report an incident, you should contact the nearest steward.
You can also contact our Safety Text Service by texting your name along with a brief description of your location within the ground & incident you are reporting to 07436 581273.

 

Q: Can I wear fancy dress?

A: Fancy dress is permitted as long as it is not discriminative or cause offence. Also it must not obstruct the view of others trying to watch the game.

 

Q: Can my child run out with the players as a mascot?

A: Bradford Bulls are pleased to offer the 2014 Mascot Experience to any child aged between 5 – 12 years from just £65. For more information & details on how to book this package, click here.

 

Q: My child would like to take part in a mini league game on the pitch during the half time break – how is this possible?

A: All of our mini league games are administrated by The Bulls Foundation, the registered charity (no. 1106608) of Bradford Bulls. The Bulls Foundation works throughout the year with local amateur clubs to develop rugby league at grass roots level. Q: How can I meet some of the players after the game?

A: The Bulls first team squad join our hospitality guests within the Conference & Banqueting facility after games have concluded.

Q: Is there a lost and found policy?

A: If you lose any item on a visit to the Provident Stadium, please go to the stadium office. The stadium office is the white building across from the main reception.
Should you find any item which does not belong to you, please hand this in to the nearest steward.

 

Q: Is there a meeting point if I lose my child?

A: If you lose your child, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to implement the missing children procedure.

 

Q: How much are season tickets?

A: Season ticket prices vary on the seating and level of season ticket. Prices start at £220 for adults, £165 for concessions and £55 for juniors.

 

Q: What are the prices for replica home/away shirts?

A: Adult replica shirts are priced at £44.99 with junior replica shirts at £34.99

 

Q: What sizes do replica shirts come in?

A: Adult sizes range from XS- 6XL, Ladies shirts range from sizes 6-16 and junior sizes are from 0-16.
