Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment in full via the delivery service you have requested. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days although this cannot be guaranteed. Goods are subject to availability, if an item from your order is not available for delivery you will be notified by Ok Bulls Limited.

If you select our Next Day delivery option, and your order is placed and paid for in full before 4pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day (excluding UK bank or public holidays).

If you place an order after 4pm on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday. The Next Day delivery service is not available for certain areas of the UK including the highlands and the Channel Islands.

If you present the original sale receipt within 28 days (as proof of purchase) we will exchange the returned product or issue a refund based on the method of payment. If products are returned without an original sales receipt we will exchange the returned product at current selling price or issue a credit voucher to the value of the selling price.

If delivered goods are damaged or defective, or not what you ordered, you can notify OK Bulls Limited within 72 hours of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange. If we are not notified of any damage within 72 hours, it will be deemed that the customer is satisfied with the goods delivered. No refund or exchange can be offered after this 72 hour period based on a claim for damaged goods.

Returned products must be in the original packaging and in good condition, all postage costs on returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
