If you present the original sale receipt within 28 days (as proof of purchase) we will exchange the returned product or issue a refund based on the method of payment. If products are returned without an original sales receipt we will exchange the returned product at current selling price or issue a credit voucher to the value of the selling price.
If delivered goods are damaged or defective, or not what you ordered, you can notify OK Bulls Limited within 72 hours of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange. If we are not notified of any damage within 72 hours, it will be deemed that the customer is satisfied with the goods delivered. No refund or exchange can be offered after this 72 hour period based on a claim for damaged goods.
Returned products must be in the original packaging and in good condition, all postage costs on returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
