DANNY ADDY is fully focused on nailing down a starting spot for 2015, after today agreeing a new two-year deal with the club.

The 23-year-old Bradford and Scotland star has provided the Bulls with a versatile option this term, appearing in a number of different position.

But Addy, who has played loose forward, second row, prop, hooker, stand-off and scrum-half in Super League XIX, is determined to tie down a regular position next term.

“I have played just about everywhere apart from wing and full-back, so am happy to do whatever Jimmy (Lowes) wants me to do,” said Addy, who is sponsored by Lisa and Ian Harrison.

“Personally, I am aiming to nail down a position next year – with loose forward being my preferred one.

“That is the position which I believe best suits my game but, as I have said, I am happy to do what is required in order for us to achieve our goals.

“Either way I am really looking forward to next year. We have the ability to bounce straight back up and that is the plan.”

Addy, who starred for the Bravehearts during last year's World Cup, admits he turned down interest from some of the Bulls' current Super League rivals in order to extend his stay at the Provident Stadium.

The Pontefract-born talent says confidence is already building ahead of next season, with numerous additions being made to the Bradford squad.

He added: “Some excellent signings have been made for next year and it is great to see plenty of the boys agreeing new deals with the club.

“I, myself, had interest from a number of Super League clubs but am delighted to be staying with the Bulls.

“Bradford is a great club, I am very happy here and saw no reason to leave.”

The Bulls return to action on Sunday August 31, taking on Tetley's Challenge Cup finalists Castleford Tigers at the Mend-a-Hose Jungle (kick-off 3.30pm).

Tickets for the tie are now on sale, priced at £19 (adults) and £11 (concessions), with 'swaps' available for junior season-ticket holders – from the Provident Stadium Ticket Office.

Return coach travel is also available for just £10, with coaches departing the Provident Stadium from 1.00pm.
