BRADFORD BULLS chief executive Robbie Hunter-Paul is coming to a radio near you!

Launching this week on West Yorkshire's Pulse 1, the Robbie Hunter-Paul Show is a magazine-style show covering all things rugby league for one hour – every Wednesday.

Hunter-Paul is to host the show from 6.00pm until 7.00pm on the station's FM and DAB frequencies.

Super League's general manager, Blake Solly, will be the studio guest this week and we will be exclusively unveiling the eighth member of Bulls head coach James Lowes' 2015 squad LIVE on air.

Hunter-Paul said: “We are really looking forward to getting the show off the ground this Wednesday and I can promise plenty of rugby talk and news.

“We will have live studio guests and exclusive interviews, every week, for an hour of non-stop rugby league.”

Pulse 1 programme controller Tony McKenzie (pictured above) said: “Opportunities to work with someone who is a genuine legend in sport, not just here in the UK but worldwide, do not come around very often.

“Robbie is a superstar in the rugby world and, as there is such a passion for the sport here in Yorkshire, I am really pleased he is joining forces with us here at Pulse 1.”

Matthew Bromham, Pulse 1's station director, added: “This is an amazing coup for us and reinforces our commitment to truly local radio.

“Robbie is extremely well respected at every club in our region and I am certainly looking forward to listening to his show.

“There is a huge appetite for rugby league here and the fans are in for a very special treat!”
