A QUARTET of late tries saw James Lowes' Bradford Bulls finish the stronger, despite slipping to a 46-22 defeat at the hands of St Helens.
Bradford trailed 28-0 at the interval but battled back bravely in the second half, narrowing the gap to – at one stage – just three converted tries.
The hosts picked up from where they left off after the break, bagging two further tries – but then came the Bulls' fightback.
Bradford's purple patch left Nathan Brown's Saints stunned, though the Bulls had been left with too much to do at Langtree Park.
