ANTONIO KAUFUSI has returned to parent club Huddersfield Giants following a short-term loan spell with Bradford Bulls.
The 29-year-old front-rower has spent the past five weeks at the Provident Stadium.
However, despite being offered a season-long deal by Bulls officials, the Tongan international has opted to stay with the Giants.
Coach Francis Cummins said: “We are really disappointed to see Antonio go back to Huddersfield, as we would have liked to have kept hold of him until the end of the year.
"We fully appreciate Antonio's desire to fulfil his original commitments, though, and wish him all the very best for the future."
Kaufusi, who featured in the NRL for Melbourne, Newcastle and North Queensland before making a move to the UK – where he signed for London Broncos – made four appearances during his time with the Bulls.
