BULLS UNVEIL SPECIAL EDITION ARMED FORCES SHIRT

29 May 2015

TO mark Armed Forces Day 2015, Bradford Bulls are delighted to announce the launch of a special edition commemorative shirt.

Locked, loaded and ready for battle, this unique ‘military-styled’ playing jersey will be worn when Bradford take on Batley at the Provident Stadium next month.

Featuring a bespoke camouflage design and the branding of the Bulls' main partners, the shirt has been carefully crafted to celebrate the Birch Lane Heroes, while raising funds to support The Royal British Legion.

The Birch Lane Heroes, a Heritage Lottery funded project being undertaken by the Bradford Bulls Foundation, is working to reveal the names of former Bradford Northern stars who tragically lost their lives during World War I.

The kit features the club’s traditional red, amber and black colours and a poppy, incorporating all things Army and Bulls in a contemporary twist, and aims to pay tribute to all men and women currently risking their lives – across the globe – for our country.

Just 250 of these one-off jerseys have been produced, in adult sizes SMALL to 5XL, and you can get your hands on one NOW, with a massive £10 from every shirt being donated to The Royal British Legion.

Its launch demonstrates a growing relationship between the club and the Armed Forces, following on from James Lowes’ squad’s pre-season trip to Carver Barracks and the Royal Engineers’ recent Odsal visit.

You can get your hands on one of these stunning pieces of Bradford Bulls attire today - for just £44.99 - and help support Britain’s Armed Forces by CLICKING HERE or visiting the Provident Stadium’s Team Shop from 9.00am until 5.00pm - Monday to Saturday.

Lowes’ men will enter battle with Bulldogs during the Armed Forces Weekend, on Sunday June 28, wearing the special edition shirt during an action-packed afternoon of entertainment.
