FRANCE international Jamal Fakir is in-line to make his Bradford Bulls debut this weekend, after being named in head coach Francis Cummins’ 19-man squad to face Oldham – in round four of the Tetley’s Challenge Cup.
The towering front-rower agreed a deal which will keep him at The Provident Stadium until the end of the season earlier this week and looks set to be thrown straight into the action on Sunday (kick-off 2.00pm).
Scotland World Cup star Dale Ferguson is also back in contention, having recovered from a back injury – some six weeks ahead of schedule, meaning the back-rower could make his competitive bow for the Bulls.
Loanees Anthony Mullally and Danny Bridge are cup tied, while fellow forward Tom Olbison is ruled out through suspension.
As a result, rising stars Nathan Conroy, Alex Mellor and Sam Bates are in the mix.
If selected, new-boy Fakir will don the No.30 jersey, with youngster Bates wearing 31.
