Bradford Bulls Academy went down 16-30 to Wakefield Wildcats at the Grattan Stadium, Odsal.
The Bulls led from the first minute when Adam O'Brien crossed after the Wildcats had let the kick off go dead but it was tit for tat in the first period with the Bulls holding a slender 16-14 lead at the break.
The second period belonged to the Wildcats as they scored three unanswered Tries and two Conversions to run out worthy winners.
