ACADEMY COMPLETE SEASON WITH WIN AT HULL
A Man of the Match performance from Danny Addy helped a weakened Bulls Academy complete their league season with a 32-24 victory at Hull.
Addy, playing at Scrum Half in place of the injured Liam Kay, controlled the middle of the field with some quality probing kicks and shrewd distribution.
The Bulls trailed 0-6 early in the game but tries to Adam O'Brien, George Burgess and Ady Raw, with two Addy conversions, saw them lead 16-14 at the break.
Playing into the teeth of a very strong wind in the second period, the Bulls trailed 16-18 before exerting their authourity with tries to Ben Hellwell and Michael Tate. Ady Raw, who had a fine game on the wing, crossed for his second after a good kick from Addy, who converted the try and some great goal line defence from the Bulls saw them gain a great victory.
