RUDD BRACE SEES BULLS HOME

Two tries in his final trial game from John Rudd helped the Bulls Reserves to a 34-10 victory over Wakefield Wildcats at the Grattan Stadium.

Rudd scored the first try with a typical bulldozing run to the line and he was one of five Bulls scorers in the first half as the Bulls raced into a 26-0 half time lead.  Karl Wroe, Elliott Whitehead, James Donaldson and Johnny Horton all went over before the break and there were two goals from Wroe and one from Donaldson.

The game was a more even contest in the second half with both sides making errors and further try to Rudd and one to Jessjo Sheriffe saw the Bulls home, despite two tries and a goal to the Wildcats.
