RESERVES BATTLE TO VICTORY
The Bulls travelled to Craven Park to take on a Hull KR side that included, David Mills, Ben Cockayne and Makali Aizue in their line up. But it was the Bulls youngsters who set the standard however with James Donaldson and Elliott Whitehead both outstanding in a 36-28 victory. Setting a fine lead up front was Steve Crossley. The big Prop worked tirelessly against his more experienced opponents and was rewarded with two tries. The Bulls, who trailed 14-22 at the break had other tries to Johnny Horton, Vinny Finnigan, Elliott Whitehead, Duane Straugheir and Colton Wray, whilst Kieran Hyde, with three and Donaldson, with one, shared the goal kicking.
