ACCOUNTS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Do you have experience of working in an Accounts office?  If so you could be working in the exciting environment of OK Bulls LtD.

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Office Administrator to join our busy team.  This is a permanent full time position where you will be required to work 5 days per week, plus match days.  Flexibility is required due to the nature of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Producing, printing and mailing sales invoices

Chasing sales ledge debts

Communication with sales team and customers to efficiently resolve any accounts queries

Producing weekly debtors report

Purchase ledger administration including checking supplier invoices and reconciling statements.

General office duties: answering telephones, taking messages, account filing, assisting the Financial Controller and any ad hoc duties as required

What you need to bring to the team

Previous experience of Sage Line 50 Accounts

At least a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Good Data entry skills

A polite and friendly telephone manner

The ability to work as part of a small team with flexible hands on attitude

Benefits: This is a permanent role with a starting salary of £13,000pa.  23 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking
