Michael is in his second stint with Bulls after being assistant Coach to Matthew Elliott for four years before returning to Australia in 1999.  As a player he was a high quality Full Back with St George, Canterbury Bulldogs and Western Reds and after a successful coaching career at Junior level in Australia he was appointed coach to French Super League side Catalans Dragons, whom he took to the Challenge Cup Final in 2007.   He was named Coach of the Year in 2008 and took over the reins at St Helens the following year taking them to two consecutive Grand Finals.  He joined the Bulls in November 2010 and is now in his second year at the club.

Lee joined the club as Assistant Coach in the middle of 2006 from Wakefield.  He previously spent many years as a player and coach at Huddersfield.  Lee also played for Castleford and Hunslet and is the brother of former Bulls player Marcus St Hilaire. He was given the job of steering the Bulls to the end of the season, following Steve McNamara's departure and the arrival in 2011 of Michael Potter.  Recently signed a new one year contract with the club.

Francis is the Bulls newest Coach, joining Mick Potter’s team in November 2010.  The Dewsbury born Winger was signed for Leeds Rhinos by Doug Laughton in 1993 and spent his whole career at Headingley, retiring in 2005 after making 356 appearances and scoring 188 tries and 81 goals.  He is the youngest player to appear in a Challenge Cup Final; He was aged just 17 years and 200 days when Leeds lost to Wigan in 1994, although Francis did score a memorable length-of-the-field try during the game.  Francis set a new club record for consecutive appearances for Leeds at the end of the 2003 season with a total of 178 games.   He then moved into Coaching under Tony Smith and was a member of the Rhinos back room team in all the Grand Final victories.  He was assistant to Brian McLennan but left Headingley to join the Bulls in 2009. He has impressed everyone with his work ethic and knowledge in his time with the Bulls.

Geoff Evans (Head of Physical Performance)

Geoff joined the club at the start of the 2010 season and undertook a complete review of the Bulls conditioning needs. He has a wealth of experience in Rugby League, Union and Soccer and is responsible for all aspects of the Bulls Physical Performance from the First Team Squad through to the Academy.  He is also a qualified Nutritionist and has worked at several Universities in the field of Sports Science.

Paul Medley (Head of Youth Development)

Paul has been with the club since the late 1980’s and enjoyed success here as a player.  He has worked with the club’s Juniors since retiring and is now in charge of Junior Recruitment.  He runs the club’s highly successful Scholarship scheme and oversees all matters of Junior Development at the club.  He has recently been appointed as Head of Youth Development at the club and is now in his twenty fourth year at the club.

Stuart Barrow (Player Performance Manager)

Stuart took up the position of Player Performance Manager in January 2009. He was formerly at Castleford and he led their Academy to their highest position for many years and into the Play Off's for the first time in 2008.  He has a Sports Science Degree and was formerly at Luton University as Sports Development Officer.  Whilst there he formed Luton Vipers ARLFC in the Summer Conference.  Stuart is a highly qualified Coach who is well regarded within the game and is also Assistant Coach to the England Academy team. He was with them in their historic victory over the Australian Schoolboys.

Martin joined the club in 2007 after formerly working with both Leeds Tykes and Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Club.  Martin has been an excellent addition to the Bulls Backroom Staff and has the full confidence of the Bulls players in his management of their injuries.

Jamie Moseley (Physiotherapist)

Jamie is originally from Huddersfield where he also studied and graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy. As a qualified personal trainer, exercise conditioner and sports therapist with over 10 years experience, his work has taken him all over the world.

Closer to home, Jamie has worked for Huddersfield Town AFC and the NHS in a specialist Musculoskeletal and lower limb rehabilitation centre, before joining Bradford Bulls in May 2009 to work closely alongside the Head Physiotherapist Martin Higgins.
