HARDCASTLE NAMED IN TOP TEN RUGBY LEAGUE PLAYERS IN THE WORLD
Bradford Bulls Women’s player, Amy Hardcastle has been named as one of the top 10 female Rugby League players in the world.
Hardcastle, who recently travelled with her England teammates to represent her country in the 2017 World Cup, sits ninth on the decorated list.
Branded as England’s ‘stand out player’ at the 2017 World Cup by Rugby League Opinions, Bradford’s star performer grabbed a hat-trick in England’s opening game against France.
Rolling through the 2017 season as the leading try scorer of the undefeated side, Hardcastle was at the fore front of Bradford’s charge to write their name in the history books as the undefeated Champions of the inaugural Women’s Super League.
The backs efforts also helped them clinch the double, defeating Featherstone Rovers in the Challenge Cup final as Hardcastle claimed two tries.
